Q. What kind of support is available for LeadShifter users?

A. We offer support for all our users, including training lessons/videos to help with onboarding. These lessons cover everything from the basics of setting up your account to more advanced features and strategies for maximizing your results.

For our Done-For-You plan users, we provide a dedicated support team to ensure that you receive the help you need whenever you need it.

Regardless of your plan, we are here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or issues, you can always contact us at [email protected]. Our support team is available to assist you with any queries you may have, and we aim to respond to all emails as quickly as possible.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

A. There are no contracts for our DIY Plan (Essential Plan), and you can cancel anytime. For customers that sign up for our Done-For-You Plan, there is a 3-month contract, after these 3 months, you can downgrade or cancel anytime. However, all our customers need to sign a Service Agreement to use our services. 

Q. I’m not tech-savvy. Will I be able to use this?

A. Absolutely! LeadShifter is user-friendly and easy to navigate. We have designed it to be simple and intuitive so that anyone can use it with ease. Plus, our support team is always available to assist you if you encounter any issues.

Q. How does billing work?

A. Your subscription and billing cycle begins on the day you sign up with LeadShifter. This is your subscription renewal date. You will be charged automatically on a monthly basis for your subscription using the payment method provided. Invoices/Receipts are emailed to you monthly on this date and include your subscription cost plus any communication cost.

Q. What are the communication costs*?

1. Email Pricing:

Emails: $0.0.002/email ($10 will give you about 5000 emails)

Email Verification: $0.0075/email verification ($10 will give you 1335 email verifications)

2. Phone Numbers:

Local phone number: $1.15 /month

Toll-free number: $2.15 /month

3. Messaging Service - SMS:

Outbound SMS: $0.0237 /segment 

Inbound SMS: $0.0237 /segment ($10 will give you about 420 segments)

4. Messaging Service - MMS:

Outbound SMS: $0.06 /segment  ($10 will give you about 160 segments)

Inbound SMS: $0.03 /segment  ($10 will give you about 320 segments)

5. Voice Calls:

Outbound Call: $0.042 /minute ($10 will give you about 240 minutes)

Inbound Call: $0.0255 /minute ($10 will give you about 390 minutes)

6. Number validation - Carrier Lookup

All the number validations are charged at $0.005 / validation.

7. A2P 10DLC Registration fees:    

One-time Brand registration fee: $4.41      

One-time Campaign vetting fee: $16.55     

Monthly Sole Proprietor Campaign fees: $2.25/month

Low-Volume Mixed Use Case Campaign: $1.70/month

* To cover communication costs your wallet will be reloaded with $25 every time your account goes below $10 

All Communication charges are non-refundable

The communication costs apply to the United States. Additional charges may apply for communication services in Canada.

Each segment corresponds to 160 characters for SMS.

If you would like to have SMS, MMS, and calls integrated into our CRM, we have a process in place that requires A2P 10 DLC registration. Please note that this registration can take up to 8 weeks to get approved.
